At Sea Moss N Tingz, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our handcrafted wellness products. Because our mission is centered on your family’s health and safety, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Perishable Items (Sea Moss Gels)
Due to the fresh, preservative-free nature of our Sea Moss Gels, these items are classified as perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

Damages & Quality Issues: If your gel arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised due to shipping delays, please contact us at Info@seamossntingz.ca within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Non-Perishable Items (Oils, Body Butters, & Soaps)
For our non-perishable wellness products, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, any beauty or skincare product that has been opened or had the safety seal tampered with is ineligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for a non-perishable item, please contact us at Info@seamossntingz.ca. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was originally received damaged or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

All Sea Moss Gel varieties.

Sale items or clearance products.

Gift cards.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
