At Sea Moss N Tingz, we prioritize the freshness of our handcrafted products. Because our mission is centered on your family’s health, we have optimized our shipping and local delivery to ensure your "Ocean’s Gold" arrives at peak potency.

1. Free Shipping & Processing

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within North America. No discount code is required; this will apply automatically at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, as our gels are made fresh to order. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Local Delivery Service Areas

We provide dedicated local delivery to ensure your gels stay chilled and fresh. Local delivery is available for all orders within the following regions and cities:

  • Simcoe County: Alliston, Bradford West Gwillimbury, Barrie, New Tecumseth, and Beeton.

  • York Region: Vaughan, Maple, Kleinburg, Woodbridge, King City, Newmarket, and Aurora.

  • Peel Region: Brampton and Mississauga.

  • Greater Toronto Area (GTA): Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, and Scarborough.

  • Halton & Durham Regions: Milton, Oakville, Oshawa, and Whitby.

3. Local Delivery Schedule

  • Order Deadline: All local orders must be received by Thursday at midnight to be eligible for delivery within the same week.

  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are typically made on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Volume Adjustments: Depending on order volume, some deliveries may occur on Friday. You will always be notified via email or text regarding your specific expected delivery window.

4. ❄️ Freshness Guarantee & Home Delivery

Because our Sea Moss gel is 100% natural with no preservatives, it must remain refrigerated.

  • The Cooler Rule: If you will not be home during your delivery window, please leave a cooler or cooler bag at your door. Our delivery team will tuck your order inside to keep it chilled until you arrive.

  • Perishable Care: Once received, please refrigerate your gel immediately for at least 2 hours before opening to restore its natural consistency.

5. National Shipping Restrictions

To maintain our quality standards, we have specific rules for our perishable items:

  • Sea Moss Gels: Due to their perishable nature, gels are only available for Local Delivery (to the cities listed above) or Next-Day Shipping within Canada.

  • Non-Perishables: Our oils, body butters, and soaps are available for standard shipping across North America.

6. Temperature-Controlled Packaging

For all shipped orders (non-local), we utilize specialized thermal insulation and non-toxic gel ice packs. This "cold-chain" packaging is designed to keep your gel at a stable temperature for up to 48–72 hours during transit.
