SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE & ACCESS

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • Accuracy: We strive to display our products (Gold and Purple gels, oils, soaps) as accurately as possible. However, as these are natural products, colors and consistency may vary by batch.

  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

  • Perishables: You acknowledge that Sea Moss Gel is a perishable item and is subject to the specific storage and shipping requirements outlined in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, AND LOCAL DELIVERY

  • Title Transfer: Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

  • Local Delivery: Local delivery to our served cities (Alliston, Vaughan, Brampton, etc.) is subject to the schedule and "Cooler Rule" defined in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for spoilage if a cooler is not provided or if the product is left unattended for extended periods.
