Standard Care

• Refrigerate Immediately: Our sea moss is wildcrafted and contains zero artificial preservatives. It must be kept in the refrigerator at all times.
• Shelf Life: Best used within 3–4 weeks of arrival for maximum mineral potency.

Pro-Tip: Extend the Life (Freezing)

If you find you aren’t finishing your jar fast enough, or if you want to stock up, you can extend the shelf life for up to 6 months by freezing it:

• The Ice Tray Method: Pour your Sea Moss Gel into clean silicone ice cube trays and freeze. Once solid, pop the "mineral cubes" into a freezer-safe bag.
• Easy Use: Drop 1–2 frozen cubes directly into your hot tea, coffee, or smoothies. They act as a nutrient-dense "ice cube" that melts perfectly into your drink!
• Full Jar Freezing: If freezing the entire jar, ensure there is at least an inch of headspace at the top, as the gel will expand when frozen.

For local orders, please ensure they are placed by Thursday at midnight to receive them within the same week.

Local deliveries are carried out on Saturday and Sunday, as our Sea Moss Gels are freshly made to order. Depending on order volume, some deliveries may also take place on Friday.

Kindly note that due to the perishable nature of our Sea Moss Gel, we only offer local delivery within the Greater Toronto and Surrounding Area. For other areas in Canada, we provide next-day shipping options.

Sea Moss N Tingz | Return & Refund Policy

At Sea Moss N Tingz, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our handcrafted wellness products. Because our mission is centered on your family’s health and safety, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Perishable Items (Sea Moss Gels)

Due to the fresh, preservative-free nature of our Sea Moss Gels, these items are classified as perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

• Damages & Quality Issues: If your gel arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised due to shipping delays, please contact us at Info@seamossntingz.ca within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Non-Perishable Items (Oils, Body Butters, & Soaps)

For our non-perishable wellness products, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, any beauty or skincare product that has been opened or had the safety seal tampered with is ineligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for a non-perishable item, please contact us at Info@seamossntingz.ca. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was originally received damaged or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

• All Sea Moss Gel varieties.
• Sale items or clearance products.
• Gift cards.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• Consultation: Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication (especially blood thinners), or have a pre-existing medical condition.
• Allergy Warning: If you have allergies to iodine or trace minerals, Sea Moss should be avoided.
• Storage & Perishability: This is a fresh product with no preservatives. Refrigerate immediately upon arrival.Gel is best consumed within 3 weeks of opening. Sea Moss N Tingz is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.
